A hospital in Denmark is launching innovative delivery systems of medicine for patients. The robots, which will be equipped with sensors to avoid collisions with others in the corridors will also be able to travel in the lifts and will to begin with be in charge of delivering internal post at the hospital. Cool stuff! Maybe this can result in nurses being able to spend more time with patients and less time delivering goods and drugs (and hopefully documenting) – when the robotic systems do it for them!
